When does the beta start, and what's in it?
The first beta opens on July 15, 2026. It comes with everything you need to start selling: a store builder, checkout (cards, bank transfer, USSD, and virtual transfer), inventory and order management, delivery through FEZ, an analytics dashboard, and one Tradia login your buyers use everywhere. Live Shopping arrives later in 2026, and financial tools plus the AI assistant follow after that.
How much will Tradia cost?
There's a Free plan, plus Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans from ₦10K to ₦50K per month. We take a small commission on sales (0.2%) and charge 1.3% to 1.5% per transaction to process payments. Merchants who join during the beta keep founder pricing for 12 months.
I already sell on WhatsApp and Instagram. Do I have to stop?
No. Tradia works alongside the channels you already use, it doesn't replace them. Orders from WhatsApp, Instagram, in-store, and your online store all flow into one inventory, one set of reports, and one delivery process. Your stock count stays the same everywhere, updated in under two seconds.
Is this only for small businesses?
No. Tradia is built for businesses of every size and every type. Market traders, growing online brands, and large national merchants all fit. Enterprise plans add custom integrations, dedicated infrastructure, and a written uptime guarantee.
What happens to my data?
Your data is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or use it to advertise to your customers. Identity checks for you and your business are built in, not optional. And you can export anything, any time, from day one.
How is Tradia different from Shopify or Bumpa?
Shopify is built for the global market and doesn't handle Nigerian payments, local delivery partners, or live selling out of the box. Bumpa is built for Nigeria but has no live shopping, no uptime guarantee, and weaker infrastructure for large businesses. Tradia is the only platform that brings your store, payments, delivery, live shopping, a real uptime guarantee, and a Nigeria-first experience together in one place.
What if I'm not in Lagos?
The beta is open to merchants across the country. Delivery starts in Lagos at launch and expands to Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Ibadan soon after. Pickup and your own delivery work anywhere from day one.
