What we're building
Selling in Nigeria runs on a patchwork: a WhatsApp catalogue here, a payment link there, a delivery rider booked by phone, a spreadsheet for stock. It works, but it doesn't build on itself. Every order is a new set of manual steps, so growing your sales turns into a juggling act instead of a sales push.
Tradia is the platform underneath it all. Your store, payments, delivery, and live shopping in one system, built for Nigerian internet speeds and the way merchants really trade. From the trader selling out of a stall in Balogun to the brand shipping across the country, it's the same engine, the same checkout, the same dashboard.
Why Nigeria first
Nigeria is one of the largest commerce markets in Africa, and the one where today's tools fit the worst. If a commerce platform can work here, across patchy connections, mobile-first buyers, cash-on-delivery, and selling on several channels at once, it can work anywhere. We're starting here on purpose.
Live shopping, built in
Live shopping isn't a bolt-on in Tradia, it's part of the core. Your inventory, checkout, and shipping are all connected, so you can go live, sell, and ship without ever leaving the system. Most of the world still treats live selling as a separate app. For us, it's the foundation.
The bet
Most ambitious commerce companies start in a developed market and adapt from there. We think the next decade of commerce gets defined the other way round: built first for markets where mobile, live, and multi-channel selling are the norm, then taken everywhere else.
