These terms govern your use of the Tradia marketing website at tradia.store. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
The Tradia product is not generally available yet. When it launches, separate product terms will govern your use of the platform; those will be presented at sign-up.
What you can do
You can read the site, follow links, join the waitlist, and contact us. You can share links to the site freely.
What you can't do
- Use the site in ways that break the law or someone else's rights.
- Try to break, probe, or interfere with the site or our infrastructure.
- Scrape the site at a rate that disrupts service, or use automated systems to submit waitlist entries.
- Misrepresent your identity or business when contacting us or joining the waitlist.
- Copy, reuse, or republish our content, logos, or brand assets without permission.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest, not a contract. Cohort access is at our discretion and is not guaranteed. We may contact you about Tradia using the details you provide.
Intellectual property
The site, including text, graphics, code, and design, is owned by Tradia or its licensors and protected by applicable IP law. The Tradia name and logo are trademarks of Tradia. No rights are granted except as set out in these terms.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Following those links is at your own risk.
No warranty
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate at every moment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be signalled by updating the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
